Twelve page brochure for pregnant and new parents with information on postpartum blues, postpartum mood disorders and postpartum psychosis. Parents are encouraged to seek help and use self-care strategies. Available in French and English.

Designed for health care providers to provide to patients, the tear-off sheet lists symptoms of PPMD and information on where to get help.
