Best Start offers regional workshops and other training opportunities. These practical, interactive sessions are designed to build skills and can range from a half day to a full day.

Best Start sponsors an annual conference on maternal, newborn and child health. This event covers a range of current issues, highlighting both theory and practice. Participants come from public health, community health centres, midwifery practices, CAPC/CPNP, early years centres, family resource programs and other community-based organizations.
