Best Start Resource Centre, revised 2011
Eight laminated cards (4X6). A carabiner clip allows parents to attach the resource to their diaper bag, stroller, backpack etc.   Each card provides parents with seasonal ideas of how to be physically active with their children.   Available in English, French or culturally adapted Aboriginal version.
