Welcome

"I'm Still Hungry"
Marie Brisson, Bilingual Health Promotion Consultant, Best Start Resource Centre, Health Nexus

This interactive workshop is based on the Best Start Resource Centre resource exploring the issues of families living in poverty in Ontario. Participants received an overview of the resource and then through interactive discussion and exercise collectively explored services providers’ practices, the potential positive and negative impact of these practices on families living in poverty, and what we as professionals can do individually and collectively to make a difference.
