Group registration on-line and pay by a single credit card - please choose the "Group Credit Card" option at the end of the form, submit the on-line form for each participant separately and send in the single credit card details by fax (416.408.2122). Please make sure that you include the confirmation page print for each participant in your fax.
We are unable to process group transactions by credit card at the moment.

Registration Rates

Participants will receive a copy of the new manual:
Creating Circles of Support for Pregnant Women and New Parents: A manual for service providers supporting women’s mental health in pregnancy and postpartum

$ 50.00 registration fee will also cover breakfast and participant handouts.

Notification of cancellation and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing before February 25, 2010. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 25, 2010.
