ACCOMMODATIONS
Conference delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodations. A block of rooms is reserved at the Valhalla Inn at a special rate of $110.00 for single, double, or triple occupancy until September 17, 2010. To reserve a room with the special rate, please book your room by calling the Valhalla Inn at 1.807.577.1121. Please state that you are attending the Best Start Resource Centre Northern Conference by Health Nexus and use the following booking number: 800935. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. If the group rate is not available after this date, the prevailing rates will apply for any reservations confirmed.
PLEASE NOTE:
All delegates are responsible for notifying the Valhalla Inn about changes in travel plans. The Best Start Resource Centre is not responsible for any room charges or room cancellation fees.
PARKING
Free parking is available at the Valhalla Inn. Overnight guests must bring their license plate numbers when they check in.
SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR EXHIBIT SPACE: MONDAY, OCTOBER 18 AND TUESDAY, OCTOBER 19
Limited exhibit space will be available on Monday, October 18 and Tuesday, October 19. If you are interested in submitting a request for space to display your program or resources, please contact Yolande Lawson at y.lawson@healthnexus.ca. There is an exhibit fee of $75 for non-profit organizations and $150 for profit organizations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Notification of cancellation and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing before September 30, 2010. Refunds will be subject to a $50.00 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 30, 2010.
