Accommodations

delegates are responsible to notify Best Start of any
cancellations in accommodations prior to January 6,
2006. Best Start is not responsible for any room charges
due to cancellations after January 6, 2006. |
A block of single
occupancy rooms is reserved on site at the BMO Institute for
Learning at a rate of $140 plus taxes. This rate includes
dinner and a full breakfast. For more details about the accommodations,
please see www.beststart.org. To reserve a room, please check
the room request box on the registration form or call Best
Start at 1-800-397-9567 ext. 260.
Additional rooms
are available at the Holiday Inn Hotel (7095 Woodbine Avenue,
Markham) at a rate of $129 plus taxes (includes buffet breakfast).
To make reservations, call 1-800-387-3303 before December
31, 2005 and state that you are with Best Start.

Free parking is available at the Institute.

Space Available for Tuesday January 17
If you are interested in reserving an exhibit space to display
your program or resources, please contact Sonia Worotynec
at 1.800.397.9567 ext 345. There is an exhibit fee of $50.
Cancellation
Policy
Notification
of cancellation and requests for refunds must be submitted
in writing before January 6, 2006. Refunds will be subject
to a $50.00 administration fee. No refunds will be issued
for cancellations received after January 6, 2006.
